These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mog Off mobile application (the "App") operated by Mog Off ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mog Off. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Mog Off provides facial scores, ratings, rankings, and related feedback for entertainment purposes only. Scores are generated by automated algorithms and third-party tools, are inherently subjective and approximate, and do not represent any objective, scientific, medical, psychological, or professional assessment of your appearance, attractiveness, health, or worth.
Do not rely on the App for any decision of importance. If feedback about your appearance affects your wellbeing, please prioritize your mental health and seek support from a qualified professional.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App's features (such as generating your score). You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
Mog Off offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium"), billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown in the App (for example, $2.99/month).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Except where required by law or applicable store policy, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change, and we will provide notice of material changes as required.
The App, including its design, software, text, and branding, is owned by Mog Off and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google ML Kit, Face++/Megvii, and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scores will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mog Off and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mog Off from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
